New requirements for accepted international students
Students who do not hold U.S. citizenship need to complete an Immigration Questionnaire (IQ).
You may download the IQ at http://oip.georgetown.edu/isss/vsq.htm
You will need to complete the IQ and send it with the required supporting documents to the Office of International Programs (OIP) as soon as possible.
This will allow OIP to issue visa documents to those students who need to apply for an F-1 or J-1 student visa, and to send information to you about International Pre-Orientation.
This is required of all non-U.S. citizens and Permanent Residents.
