The Georgetown University Application
Thank you for your interest in Georgetown University. We look forward to reviewing your application for transfer admission. Every fall we enroll a vibrant class of transfer students that contribute to our campus community in essential ways. We evaluate transfer students for fall admission only and do not consider applications on a rolling basis. We have provided the application materials here for your information, but hope that you will choose to utilize our online application once it is available in November. We will not begin our review of transfer applicants until after March 1, 2010, so there is no disadvantage in waiting for the online application to be available.
To initiate your application, you should submit the Personal Data Form (or Part I) of the application.
Once you have submitted the Personal Data Form, you must submit the remainder of your personal application (Part II) by March 1.
To complete your transfer application, you must submit official transcripts from all of the colleges/universities you have attended, a Dean's Report, Professor's Report and the transfer Secondary School Report.
Your application cannot be considered unless these documents are submitted by March 1.
