After You’ve Applied

Thank you for applying to Georgetown University! Should you need to make any changes or updates to your application, please follow the instructions below.

  • Midyear School Reports should be submitted to the Office of Undergraduate Admissions by February 10.
    • If mid-year grades are not available by February 10, they should be submitted as soon as they are available.
  • The report should include a transcript submitted by the student’s high school with grades from the first trimester or semester of the final year of high school.

  • If there are significant updates that you would like to notify the Admissions Committee of after completing your application, you can submit a “Student Submitted Update to the Admissions Committee” through the Upload Materials section of your Georgetown Application Status Portal.
  • Appropriate updates include new honors or awards, new leadership positions, or significant changes in life circumstances that have impacted your application.

  • Georgetown welcomes the submission of new standardized test scores after the Early Action or Regular Decision application deadline. These scores will still need to be sent to our office directly from the testing agency.
